Who I am
I am a 17 year old girl based out of San Diego. I have completed two computer science classes during my time in high school and am currently enrolled in two more. I have first hand experience of the struggles that using technology has on the older generations through my parents as well as grandparents. In today's day and age using technology plays a major role in how we as humans communicate. My goal is to help ease the stress of when your iPhone has a simple malfunction. My website is meant to be a safe space for older members of our community to learn to feel confident with their technology.
Tap tutor envisions a future where older adults feel empowered rather than intimidated by technology. Through simple tutorials and personalized support, we aim to help those less secure with technology build digital confidence, maintain, independence, and strengthen connections with their communities and loved ones.
